We are grateful for the dedication, leadership, and service of our Board of Education members who work tirelessly to support our students, staff, and community. Their commitment to strong schools and a bright future for every child in Grady County does not go unnoticed. Thank you for your vision, your time, and your heart for our schools.

Grady County Schools is proud to recognize our School Level Teachers of the Year. These outstanding educators represent the very best of our profession and the heart of our classrooms. Their dedication, passion for teaching, and commitment to the success of every student make a lasting impact in our schools each day. We congratulate each of them on this well-deserved honor and thank them for the difference they make in the lives of our students and our community.

In January, Dymond Barron was named the Jackie Robinson Boys & Girls Club Youth of the Year, the premier youth recognition program of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. This prestigious honor recognizes outstanding leadership, service, and academic excellence.
This past week, Dymond traveled to Atlanta to compete in the Boys & Girls Club of Georgia Youth of the Year competition, where she was named a Top 6 finalist for the state of Georgia!

Three Syrupmakers are currently competing in Perry, GA, at the Georgia National Livestock Show.
Congratulations to senior Will Collins, who was named State Grand Champion in Hog Showmanship, placed 12th in Senior Beef Showmanship, and was a class winner for his Shorthorn breeding heifer.

Special congratulations to Senior, Will Collins, who was named Grand Champion, County Grown Champion, and Senior Showmanship Champion, to Sophomore Bryson Bennett, who placed 4th Overall, and to Junior Collin Williams, who earned Reserve Senior Showmanship.
